Guido Lamberti-Charles is the founder and owner of Euro Elite Hockey & Sniper Shooting in Vancouver.
He organizes Hockey Camps in North America & Europe;
due to his worldwide network he is experienced in the transatlantic transfer of professional and junior hockey players.
Before he started coaching in Germany, Belgium, Canada and USA, Guido had an extensive 14 year playing career for several teams in Germany. After his active player career, he moved into coaching in 2002. Guido is certified with the following coaching certifications, level “C” (2001) SPR & “B” (2010) DEB/ IIHF and finished 2015 his High Performance1 with Hockey Canada and USA Hockey level 4. In 2005 he graduated as a Sports Team/Manager (level “C”) at the Sportbund Rheinland Academy, Germany.
Since 2016 Guido coaches the U14 USA Hockey Central District Team as Head Coach.
Guido has been coaching for 20+ years at collegiate, junior, minor and professional levels; he understands the game and tactics very well and is an excellent individual skills coach.
In the last few years, Guido has worked for the following top clubs in North America at University, Major Midget AAA, U18 Prep and Bantam AAA levels:

Since the season 2018/19 he is the Head Coach of the North West Vancouver Minor Midget Team.

Gregor is a former professional hockey player whose career spanned over two decades in North America and Europe. Born in Austria, Gregor took a big leap of faith towards pursuing his hockey dreams when he moved to Canada at the age of 14. After becoming the youngest NCAA College player in history (at the time) with Clarkson University, he returned to Canada to pursue his hockey career in the QMJHL where he played in the 1999 Memorial Cup with the Acadie-Bathurst Titan, that year’s winners of the QMJHL’s President’s Cup.
At the 1997 NHL Draft, Gregor was selected 37th overall by the Montreal Canadiens. Unable to finalize a deal with the Canadiens, he was then selected in the fifth round of the 1999 NHL Draft by the Dallas Stars with whom he began his professional career.
Gregor played many years in the various minor professional leagues in North America (AHL, IHL, ECHL) and attended several NHL camps. He was named an AHL All-Star in 2002. Following his time in North America, Gregor decided to continue his career in his native country of Austria. Throughout his time in Europe, Gregor was a perennial All-Star in the top Austrian division (EBEL) and played for the Austrian national team in four World Championships.
As an individual, Gregor has always kept his desire to further his education and continuously strives to achieve new heights for a balanced life beyond hockey. Gregor is currently studying to obtain his Master’s Degree in Sports and Events Management, and is a licensed hockey coach in various countries like High Performance Coach from Hockey Canada,along with being a personal fitness trainer and ‘Inner-Performance’ coach.
Gregor was the Assistant Coach from the Austrian National Team from 2016-17. Currently he is working as Head Coach for the U16 Austrian High performance program.
Christian Bettiol has had many successful years of playing Hockey at an extremely competitive level.
Christian will be one of our Instructors for Euro Elite Hockey Sniper Shooting.
He retired playing for Junior. Christian joints since this season the coaching staff for the North West Vancouver Hawks as asst.coach.
Knowing Christian for many years we feel very confident that he can Instruct and lead our players to become a better hockey-player.
